Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs 199/-

  • Free Delivery: For orders over Rs. 1980/-

  • Orders placed on Sundays and National Holidays in Pakistan will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

  • Delivery Time: Our delivery window is between 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). During high-demand periods such as festive seasons, deliveries may take up to 7 working days.

  • Order Confirmation: If you are a new customer, we will confirm your order via call/SMS or WhatsApp to ensure that everything is in place.


Returns & Exchanges

At Stylite, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. We’re here to help make the return or exchange process as easy as possible. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below:

1. Return Period

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Returns made in a non-resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns should be made through a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at the customer's expense.

2. Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please reach out to us immediately. Faulty products can be returned within 15 days from receipt, provided they are in original packaging with all accessories included.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available based on product availability. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the return form. Once we receive the request, we’ll process your exchange. A delivery charge of Rs. 350 will apply to cover the cost of both deliveries.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please note that the refund may take additional time depending on your bank's processing times. Delivery charges (typically Rs. 199) are non-refundable.

In some cases, refunds may be processed prior to receiving the returned product based on tracking information. If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have concerns, you can contact us at stylite.hub@gmail.com

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. Stylite is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

Please note that delivery charges (Rs. 199) are non-refundable for returns or exchanges due to change of mind or mistaken orders. This applies even if the product offers “free delivery” as delivery costs are included in the item price. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to faulty products or a packing mistake by Stylite.

To begin a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the return form provided below with accurate details to help us understand your request.

  2. Submit the Form: After submission, our customer support team will review your request and get in touch with you to confirm and discuss the next steps.

  3. Prepare the Product: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and ready for return.

  4. Return the Product: Once we confirm your return or exchange, a courier will be scheduled to pick up the product or you may send it back through a traceable delivery service.

Please be advised that delivery charges are non-refundable in instances where the return or exchange is due to customer preference or error. 

DIVERSITY will not be responsible for the original delivery costs incurred due to returns or exchanges unless the reason for return is a fault on our part, such as incorrect or defective items.
